- 1. Initial Consultation - We will discuss your project, provide a quote, and give relative feedback on a plan of action for us to meet your needs.
- 2. Material Inspection, Pretreatment, and Application -Material will be thoroughly inspected for defects or damage, prior to cleaning. Customer will be made aware of any findings, and approval must be given before work has begun. (Unless otherwise stated). - Material will be cleaned and prepped according to its physical properties and soil levels. Cure times vary depending on substrate material, thickness, and powder used.
- 3. Quality Check, Packaging, and Delivery - Mill thickness, finish, adhesion, and overall coverage are all part of our thorough final inspections. Once passed, we package with premium materials to ensure safe travel. Local delivery is available for most projects at additional cost. Pickup is encouraged to allow customers to do the final quality inspection before item(s) leave our facility.
